Seminars
All seminars are optional but we encourage you to take this opportunity to learn about the vineyard and the wines.
This year we are offering 4 great seminar options, each 30 minutes long:
Establishing The Vineyards, Identifying Aromas in the Sensory Garden, and a Blind Vintage Tasting.
Each seminar will be offered 3 times per day, and you get to choose which seminars you would like to attend and when. Each session will begin and end at a set time to ensure you have plenty of time for lunch, for enjoying our food & wine pairings by Chef Pascal Chureau, and attending other seminars.
