WillaKenzie Estate's focus is to produce wines of the Pinot family: Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, as well as a limited quantity of Pinot Meunier and Gamay Noir. We produce wine in small lots, using traditional techniques and the selective application of the most modern technology available. The multi-level design of the winery allows gravity, not mechanical pumps, to move the fruit from vine to vintage. This time-consuming method of winemaking is a hallmark of Burgundian tradition, and is used by only a handful of vintners in Oregon. WillaKenzie Estate's wines showcase the benefits of such gentle handling.
