Pinot Noir is one of the great food pairing wines and recently there have been several opportunities here at the winery to enjoy the combination of wonderful cuisine and WillaKenzie Estate wines.
The photos above feature a luncheon prepared by Chef Paul Bachand for International Pinot Noir Celebration participants in late July. On the evening of August 14th, Cellar Club Members relished the cuisine of Chef Kris Utz of Renaissance Catering during a Wine Dinner in the tasting room. Kris also presented a wine and food pairing seminar with assistant winemaker Dominique Mahé during Day in the Vineyard. Thanks to those of you who visited the winery over the weekend for this event. We hope you enjoyed yourself and we would be interested in hearing any comments or suggestions you might have.
