Shipping Information

UPS Ground Shipments to the East Coast, Mid-West, South, and South-East are sent every Monday to ensure they arrive by the following Monday. Ground shipments to the South-West and West Coast regions ship on Mondays or Tuesdays. 

Hot or Cold Weather Warning

Due to the sensitve nature of wine, there is a possiblity it can be damaged due to extreme hot or cold temperatures during transit. If you choose to have us ship your wine during inclement weather we highly recommend you select the Next Day Air shipping option, or if you prefer, choose the Ground shipping option but request that we delay shipment. WillaKenzie Estate makes every effort to ensure your wine arrives safely and will notify you if we think your shipment will be at risk. We are happy to accomodate your shipping requests but we cannot be held responsible if wine is damaged during shipping due to harsh weather conditions.
