The Jory Hills vineyard, located in the Dundee Hills, produces fruit-driven wines of great intensity.

Plush fruit driven palate is expressive and supported by supple tannins.

At The Table 

Grilled chicken and savory accompaniments, including rosemary potatoes and corn on the cob.


A traditional Pinot Noir/Burgundy glass with a round bowl will convey this varietal’s profound aromatics and structural characteristics.

Serving and Cellar 

Serve at cellar temperature 55 – 60 ̊F. 

In the Vineyard 

Located in the Dundee Hills, the Jory Hills vineyard highlights the bright red fruit and savory characteristics of the volcanic soils on which it grows.

Winemaker Hand 

Hand-picked and hand-sorted. Destemmed with open rollers to allow partial whole berry fermentation. Five to seven-day cold soak. Twice daily punch downs. Aged 14 months in French oak barrels.
