General Visitor Information
What days and hours are you open?

We are open 6 days a week from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday to Monday. Closed Tuesdays. With extended hours every Friday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Seasonal hours may vary; please check our reservations page for the most current schedule. 

Do you allow dogs?

Yes—well-behaved dogs on a non-retractable leash are welcome in designated outdoor areas. Service animals are permitted in all public spaces. Please clean up after your pet and be mindful around livestock and other guests. 

Are children allowed?

Yes, families are welcome. Children must remain with an adult at all times for safety. We offer outdoor spaces and walking paths where supervised children can enjoy the property. 

Do you allow walk-ins, or are reservations required?

Reservations are recommended, especially on weekends and for groups, to ensure seating and the best experience. Walk-in availability may be offered based on capacity. 

How long does a tasting take?

Most tastings take approximately 60–90 minutes depending on the experience selected. 

Is there a dress code?

Wine country casual. We recommend comfortable footwear suitable for vineyard terrain if you plan to explore the grounds. 

How long is the drive from the nearest city or airport?

We are approximately 45 minutes from Portland and 60 minutes from Portland International Airport. Travel times may vary with traffic and seasonal conditions. 

What is the best time of year to visit?

Every season offers something unique—spring bloom in the experiential garden, summer patio weather, harvest activity in fall, and cozy fireside tastings in winter. Peak visitation is typically June through September. 

What is the weather like at the winery?

Expect cool mornings and warm afternoons. Layers are recommended; evenings can be cooler even in summer.

Do you accept cash, or are you cashless?

We accept credit/debit cards, contactless payment (ApplePay), and cash. Gratuities are at your discretion. 

Do you have Wi‑Fi?

Yes, complimentary guest Wi‑Fi is available in the tasting areas. Please ask our team for the network.

Do you have views?

Yes—our estate features broad views of vineyards and valley. Many seating areas and walking paths showcase the vineyard and surrounding landscape. 

Tastings & Experiences
What is included in the standard tasting?

Our standard tasting features 5 current-release wines, typically including Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and a seasonal or limited release wine. Your host will guide you through the story of our estate, farming and winemaking approach.

Do you offer a choice of flights or a custom flight?

Yes—we offer curated flights as well as the option to build a custom flight from available wines, subject to availability. 

Do you offer private tastings?

Yes—private, seated tastings are available by advance reservation. These experiences often include library selections and extended time with a dedicated host. 

Can I choose between seated and standing tastings?

All of our experiences are seated. 

Do you offer tours of your winery?

Guided winery tours are available on select days and by reservation / special request. Tours cover our cellar, production philosophy and seasonal activities. Availability varies during harvest and staffing. 

Do you offer vineyard tours or walking paths on the property?

Yes—self-guided walking paths and hosted vineyard tours are available seasonally. Please stay on marked paths and respect agricultural areas.

Do you offer blending sessions or educational tastings?

We periodically host verticals and educational tastings. See our events calendar or join the mailing list for dates. 

Do you offer tasting upgrades or add‑ons?

Enhancements such as charcuterie boards, library pours or reserve flights are available. Please inquire when reserving.

Do you offer a high‑end experience?

Yes—our Elevated Tasting Experience showcases wine and food pairings featuring the estates best wines. Reserve in advance. 

Do you offer a more casual experience?

Yes—enjoy a relaxed fireside flight or a bottle of wine on the patio or picnic lawn, weather permitting. 

Do you offer free or complimentary tastings?

Tasting fees help support small-lot winemaking and exceptional hospitality. We offer complimentary tastings for wine club members. We also have a weekly Social Hour from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. were we offer complimentary tastings. See current offers here

Do you offer discounted tastings (e.g., veterans, partner airlines)?

We honor free tastings for veterans on Memorial Day/Veterans Day, and we participate in Alaska Airlines Wine Flies Free/coupon cards. Please bring valid ID and applicable documents. Offers subject to change.

Are tastings refundable if I cancel?

Reservations may be modified or canceled. Reach out to the tasting room directly or log-into your TOCK account to make changes.

Signature Features
Do you really have Texas Longhorns?

Yes! Our Texas Longhorns are part of the estate’s character. Please admire from a safe distance, and do not enter pastures or feed the animals. 

Do you offer ATV Tours?

Yes—guided ATV tours (weather and terrain permitting) explore vineyards, viewpoints and estate highlights. Advance reservation required; age, height and safety requirements apply. 

Do you have walking paths on the property?

Yes—marked walking paths allow guests to enjoy the vineyards, gardens, and views. Please stay on paths and supervise children. 

Tell me about the experiential garden.

Our experiential garden features seasonal lavender, pollinator-friendly plantings and heritage fruit trees. Guests may stroll designated areas, enjoy aromatic blooms and seasonal colors. Please do not pick fruit unless signage indicates otherwise. 

Do you have a helicopter pad?

Helicopter arrivals are not permitted. Please contact our Concierge to discuss aviation logistics and local ordinances. 

Food & Dining
Do you allow outside food?

To ensure the most curated tasting experience, we do not permit outside food in our tasting room.

However, outside food is welcome in designated outdoor picnic areas and tables. Please leave no trace and tidy up before leaving. Outside alcohol is not permitted per state law.

Do you have a picnic area or picnic tables?

Yes—our picnic lawn and tables are available on a first-come basis for tasting guests, subject to weather and event closures.

Do you offer any food options?

We have charcuterie boards that are designed to serve 2-4. We also offer an Elevated Tasting Experience that offers wine and food pairing. Availability varies; please view the current tasting options when reserving.

Do you offer anything to drink besides wine?

Yes—non-alcoholic options typically include sparkling and still water, and flavored San Pelligrino. We also have Espresso, Coffee, Tea Selections, and bitters. We do not serve beer or spirits.

Do you have gluten‑free options?

Yes—our team can suggest gluten-free selections. Please share any dietary restrictions when you arrive or when booking.

Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?

Yes—Please inform us of dietary preferences in advance for the best experience.

Can I bring a birthday cake?

Yes—outside desserts are allowed in picnic areas. Please bring your own plates/utensils and pack out leftovers. The tasting room does not supply utensils or plates for birthday cakes.

Accessibility & Safety
Do you have handicap/ADA access?

Yes—our primary tasting spaces are ADA accessible, including accessible pathways and seating. If you have specific needs, please contact us in advance.

Is there handicap parking?

Yes—clearly marked accessible parking is available near the tasting entrance.

Do you have an electric vehicle charging station?

EV charging is not available at our estate. (Hopefully in the near future)

Do you offer shaded or wind‑protected seating?

Yes—our patio offers shaded seating and some areas have wind breaks and covered areas for comfort across seasons.

Are restrooms accessible?

Yes—ADA-compliant restrooms are available in the tasting facility.

Do you have indoor seating and an outdoor patio?

Yes—we offer comfortable indoor seating and a seasonal outdoor patio with vineyard views.

Do you have an indoor fireplace or outdoor fire pit?

Yes—guests can enjoy our indoor fireplace or our outdoor fire pit, subject to weather and local fire safety guidelines.

Do you allow service animals?

Yes—service animals trained to perform tasks for a person with a disability are welcome. Emotional support animals are subject to our standard pet policy.

Do you allow outside alcohol?

No—outside alcohol is not permitted under state law.

Is smoking or vaping allowed on the property?

Smoking and vaping are not permitted, and may be restricted during high fire danger.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made prior to your reservation to receive a full refund. Groups and special experiences may require a longer notice period. Please see your confirmation email for details.

Do you allow RV or Overnight parking?

RV and bus parking is available by prior arrangement. Overnight parking is not allowed. Vehicles left without notice may be towed in accordance with posted signage.

Are drones allowed?

Drones are not permitted to protect guest privacy, wildlife and airspace rules.

Are the walking paths stroller‑friendly?

Many of our main paths are compacted gravel or paved and suitable for strollers; some vineyard trails have uneven terrain.

Purchasing, Distribution & Shipping
Do you sell wine by the glass?

We offer many tasting options and wine by the bottle for consumption on the side. At this time, we do not offer wine by the glass.

Can I buy your wine in other parts of the country when I am back home?

Yes—use our online store to ship where legal, or check our retail/restaurant locator for distribution in select markets. Availability varies by state.

Do you ship wines?

Yes—we ship to many U.S. states where permitted by law. Orders typically ship Monday–Wednesday to protect wine quality.

Can I ship wine to my state?

Shipping laws vary by state. Enter your zip code at checkout to see options, or contact us for assistance.

Can I pick up my wine club shipment at the winery?

Yes—choose “pickup” during checkout, and we will hold your wines for 45 days from the pickup date.

How long does shipping take?

Standard ground shipping typically arrives in 2–7 business days depending on destination. Tracking is provided when your order ships.

Do you offer cold‑chain or weather‑safe shipping?

Yes—during extreme heat or cold we offer ice pack options and may hold shipments for safe weather windows. Expedited and temperature-controlled services are available to select regions for additional fees.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping is not available at this time.
