We are proud to share WillaKenzie Estate’s first release of Éclatant Blanc de Blancs. Offering excitement in a glass, a delicate stream of fine bubbles and a refined mousse draw the eye. Aromas of toasty brioche, lime zest, fresh sourdough and yuzu rise with each burst of effervescence, providing a tantalizing preview of what’s to come. On the palate, those notes carry through with clarity, joined by a lively stream of bubbles that dances across the tongue.
