Spice & Mineral

Baking spices and traces of forest floor

A line of persistence carries this wine across the palate with velvety texture, floral notes, and a lengthy, juicy finish.

At The Table

This Pinot pairs well with roasted pork loin, salmon, duck breast and mushroom risotto.

A traditional Pinot Noir/Burgundy glass with a round bowl will convey this varietal’s profound aromatics and structural characteristics.

Serving and Cellar

Serve at cellar temperature (55-60 ̊F).

In the Vineyard

Sourced from four unique blocks on the Estate: Aliette brings purity and finesse; Emery delivers depth and complexity; Kiana adds opulence and fruit intensity; and, Triple Black Slopes brings tremendous power.

Winemaker Hand

Grapes were harvested by hand between September 25 and October 7, 2017. After being fully destemmed the grapes were cold-soaked for 6-8 days prior to fermentation on their skins for approximately three weeks and then the juice was transferred to French Oak barrels.
