In the Vineyard 

Sourced from blocks on the WillaKenzie Estate, this Gamay Noir is a true reflection of the estate and the varietal in its flavor intensity and structure.

Winemaker Hand 

Harvested on October 1st, 2019 and took two very different paths. Half of the grapes were destemmed and fermented on their skins for approximately two and a half weeks. The other half went directly into a tank 100% whole cluster and was undisturbed for 14 days of carbonic maceration. The grapes were then pressed and allowed to finish fermentation in tank before being transferred to neutral French oak barrels for élevage.
