Serving TipsWine Facts Aliette Pinot Noir | WillaKenzie Estate

Aliette is a perfumed and finesse-driven expression of Pinot Noir, offering notes of strawberry, rosewater, raspberry tea and a trace of minerality.

Ripe strawberries and red raspberries

Spice & Mineral

Graceful minerality on the palate

Fine tannins and fresh acidity. A supple palate is generous in mouthfeel and lingers for a long, luxurious finish.

At The Table

Aliette pairs beautifully with pork tenderloin medallions, salmon or roasted chicken.

A traditional Pinot Noir/Burgundy glass with a round bowl will convey this varietal’s profound aromatics and structural characteristics.

Serving and Cellar

Serve at cellar temperature 55 – 60 ̊F. Cellar from five to fifteen years for maximum enjoyment.

In the Vineyard

Named for our founder’s mother, Aliette is situated on a single, gently sloping southeast-facing hillside that ranges in elevation from 570 to 610 feet. The ground has a deep layer of WillaKenzie soil on top of harder-to-penetrate sandstone, resulting in vines that have deep, spreading roots.

Winemaker Hand

Hand-picked and hand-sorted. Aged 15 months in French Oak barrels.
