Aliette Pinot Noir

Pure, refined and complex expression. Loaded with aromas of Bing cherry, forest floor, Earl grey tea, rose petal and just a savory hint of umami character. Those flavors carry through to a pure and refined palate that is with supple tannins and a long finish.

At The Table

Aliette pairs beautifully with pork tenderloin medallions, salmon or roasted chicken.

A traditional Pinot Noir/Burgundy glass with a round bowl will convey this varietal’s profound aromatics and structural characteristics.

Serving and Cellar

Serve at cellar temperature 55 – 60 ̊F.

In the Vineyard

Named for our founder’s mother, Aliette is situated on a single, gently sloping southeast-facing hillside that ranges in elevation from 570 to 610 feet. The ground has a deep layer of WillaKenzie soil on top of harder-to-penetrate sandstone, resulting in vines that have deep, spreading roots.

Winemaker Hand

Hand-picked and hand-sorted. Aged 15 months in French oak barrels.
