At The Table

Aliette pairs beautifully with pork tenderloin medallions, salmon or roasted chicken.

A traditional Pinot Noir/Burgundy glass with a round bowl will convey this varietal’s profound aromatics and structural characteristics.

Serving and Cellar

Serve at cellar temperature 55 – 60 ̊F.

In the Vineyard

Named for our founder’s mother, Aliette is situated on a single, gently sloping southeast-facing hillside that ranges in elevation from 570 to 610 feet. The ground has a deep layer of WillaKenzie soil on top of harder-to-penetrate sandstone, resulting in vines that have deep, spreading roots.

Winemaker Hand

Grapes were harvested by hand from two separate parcels within the Aliette terroir on October 3rd and October 5th, 2019. The grapes from each of those blocks were fermented separately and spent approximately three weeks on skins before being transferred to French oak barrels. The wines then spent approximately 16 months in barrel prior to blending and bottling.
