Serving TipsWine Facts Emery Pinot Noir | WillaKenzie Estate

Emery’s elevation and southeast slope show through in this wine’s complex, savory aromas, black fruit and silky tannins.

Red & blue high-toned fruits: raspberry, pomegranate, blood orange, blueberry

Spice, Vegetable, Mineral

Exotic spices (clove, anise); minerality

Bright, silky entry with a firm, elongated finish—decant to allow textural layers to emerge

At The Table

Fowl and farm are all Emery’s friends at the table. Look to grilled quail, rack of lamb and all red fruits as accompaniments, including pomegranates, dried cherries, figs and persimmons.

A traditional Pinot Noir/Burgundy glass with a round bowl will convey this varietal’s profound aromatics and structural characteristics.
