Wine Information Sheet

Crushed berries

Spice & Mineral

Anise, ocean air and Autumn leaves

Rich and energetic, offering tremendous depth of flavor and tannins that are sumptuous, velvety and mouthcoating.

At The Table

Fowl and farm are all Emery’s friends at the table. Look to grilled meats and all red fruits as accompaniments, including pomegranates, dried cherries, figs and persimmons.

A traditional Pinot Noir/Burgundy glass with a round bowl will convey this varietal’s profound aromatics and structural characteristics.

Serving and Cellar

Serve at cellar temperature 55 – 60 ̊F.

In the Vineyard

With an elevation ranging from 600' to 730', the site's combination of exposure, soils and elevation result in a harmonious growing environment for the grapevines. As a result, Pinot Noirs from Emery are beautifully balanced, complex and offer tremendous depth.

Winemaker Hand

Grapes were harvested and sorted by hand on October 1st and 2nd, 2018. The grapes were fermented on their skin for approximately three weeks with daily punchdowns before being transferred to French oak barrels.
