Lavender, violets, and forest floor

Seamless texture coats the palate with refined tannins and great length.

At The Table

Roasted lamb and pork tenderloin pair beautifully with Emery at the table. Oregon marionberries bring out floral aromas. Accompaniments also include figs, cherries and summer peaches.

A traditional Pinot Noir/Burgundy glass with a round bowl will convey this varietal’s profound aromatics and structural characteristics.

Serving and Cellar

Serve at cellar temperature 55 – 60 ̊F.

In the Vineyard

With an elevation ranging from 600' to 730', the site's combination of exposure, soils and elevation result in a harmonious growing environment for the grapevines. As a result, Pinot Noirs from Emery are beautifully balanced, complex and offer tremendous depth.

Winemaker Hand

Grapes were harvested by hand from three separate parcels within the Emery neighborhood on October 3rd and October 5th, 2019. The grapes from each of those blocks were fermented separately and spent approximately three weeks on skins before being transferred to French oak barrels.
