Fowl and farm are all Jory Hills’ friends at the table. Look to barbecued ribs, grilled chicken and savory accompaniments, including rosemary potatoes and corn on the cob.
A traditional Pinot Noir/Burgundy glass with a round bowl will convey this varietal’s profound aromatics and structural characteristics.
Serve at cellar temperature 55 – 60 ̊F. Cellar from five to fifteen years for maximum enjoyment.
Located in the Dundee Hills, the Jory Hills vineyard highlights the bright red fruit and savory characteristics of the volcanic soils on which it grows.
Hand-picked and hand-sorted. Destemmed with open rollers to allow partial whole berry fermentation. Five to seven-day cold soak. Twice daily punch downs. Aged 14 months in French Oak barrels.
