Serve at cellar temperature (55- 60 ̊F). Terres Basses Pinot Noir will benefit initially from a decant. Cellar from five to fifteen years for maximum enjoyment.
Meaning “low lands,” this block is the lowest on the estate at 320 to 390 feet. It has a higher clay content than the rest of the estate and the unique soil composition of this parcel is a key contributor to the wine's specificity. This also tends to be the first block to mature each fall.
