Triple Black Slopes is located on an extremely steep, south-facing ridge near the crest of the WillaKenzie Estate. Some sections of Triple Black Slopes exhibit nearly a 45-degree aspect, exposing intense sunlight on the grapevines. This unique terroir produces small berries with great flavor concentration, resulting in a wine that is powerful and structured.

Dark fruit and a savory aroma profile, with complex notes of forest floor and black berries. Refined, dusty tannins lead to a lengthy finish.

"The medium-bodied palate packs a punch with concentrated, spicy flavors, powerful, grainy tannins, juicy acidity and a very long finish with a fan of Angostura-like accents." — Erin Brooks, Robert Parker Wine Advocate, 96 points

"A handsome red, refined and well-structured, with tightly focused blueberry and cherry flavors highlighted by licorice and dusky spice accents that finish with medium-grained tannins. Drink now through 2030." —Tim Fish, Wine Spectator, 93 points
