Each vintage, our four finest barrels are blended to make our Reserve. Released after carefully considered bottle age, this wine will continue to evolve in the cellar, rewarding collectors with patience. The Reserve Pinot will elevate a simple rustic meal such as grilled cedar plank salmon, duck confit salad, butternut squash soup, braised short-rib ragu or even carnitas tacos. And, if you're willing to share with family, it will brighten special occasions feasts whether Thanksgiving Turkey or Christmas/Hanukah Goose. A traditional Pinot Noir/Burgundy glass with a round bowl will convey this varietal's profound aromatics and structural characteristics. Serve at cellar temperature 55° - 60°F. We suggest ten years of cellar-aging.
